I had serial numbers for recently purchased software for a computer support customer but no media. I may have missed this online link located somewhere on Symantec's web site. It must be on their site online somewhere I guest but it was hard to find at least the day I was looking for it. This worked great. I needed the download link and perhaps Symantec had a problem with their site or links to the file connect site at the time but I found your post and it sure helped me get my download.
