Kyocera multifunction units have a display panel which allows you to add names of users and computers to which to scan or email to. To make changes to this list you need to know an admin password. Also, an easier way to enter the names if your not a fan of using the touch screen display is to use a browser. If your entering many names, I seriously recommend the browser because you can copy and paste names into the configuration.
The problem is the password. The password to get to the admin page is often not blank. Kyocera Default Admin Password

I needed the password on another customer's printer/copier/fax unit and this tip helped get access to the web UI to make the changes in users and computers that were listed on the front panel of the unit.

This worked great.
it was useful to have a way to find the password for the copier scanner and access the configuration pages to enter names of users,computers and other properties.
